Are you a nobleman or a farmer based on your zodiac sign?
In modern times, people are fortunate to have many benefits that can make everyday life easier, but that was very different in the Middle Ages.
While there are still some class distinctions today, and some are luckier than others, that wasn’t even remotely so in the Middle Ages.
There, there was next to nothing you could do to transfer into one class or another, and a certain status was given to you at birth.
Those who were born into a royal family were lucky and enjoyed a lot of privileges, while those who weren’t weren’t.
They engaged in arduous labor and had little or no respect for the upper class.
You couldn’t change your destiny either, as it was quite unlikely that you would suddenly become rich and powerful.
For to rise from peasantry to nobility would probably require a hundred years or more of consistent success.
So the punishment of being born a peasant in that cruel time was very hard to endure.
Mostly because you didn’t choose that fate and you had no control over that fate, no matter what you did.
Luckily we don’t have to worry today because just because we were born less fortunate doesn’t mean we won’t be very successful one day.
Also, your zodiac sign can tell you if you were a nobleman or a peasant during the Middle Ages, so try your luck.
Aries – farmer
(March 21 to April 19)
Unfortunately, if you were born under the Aries zodiac sign, you would have been a farmer in medieval times.
Mainly because Aries have great survivability and they don’t mind when life gets rough at times.
They are very strong mentally and adapted to survive, which is why they would make good pawns.
Especially the sarcastic ones, loudly berating the king and royal family no matter what the consequences.
Taurus – nobleman
(April 20 – May 20)
The zodiac sign Taurus would certainly be noble in the Middle Ages.
After all, they are known for being entitled and getting things they don’t really deserve.
Even in this day and age they get everything exclusively after putting little or no work into something and that’s just luck.
So, even in the Middle Ages, you will be a screaming princess who will empty the whole kingdom just to wash your luscious hair.
Gemini – nobleman
(May 21 – June 21)
The zodiac sign Gemini would certainly be a nobleman in medieval times.
Above all, a kind of tyrant king who drinks wine all day and feasts on his beloved while the whole kingdom is starving.
Well, they certainly would have some skills to run their empire as well, but you know how messy twins can get.
Yet for all this good fortune, we can’t help but suspect that one day they will be executed for their arrogance.
Cancer – farmer
(June 21 – July 22)
Cancer is the victim of every story, so it’s not surprising that in the Middle Ages they would have been farmers.
Still, they would have been those sweet maids who bake bread all day long and are fondled by passing aristocrats.
Or bards who sing all day long and wait for a coin to be slipped into their hands.
So somehow they would have managed to work for the royal family, even if it would have cost them a bit of pride, but still better than dying in battle.
Leo – nobleman
(July 23 – August 22)
There is no doubt that the most amazing sign of the zodiac, ie the lion, would have been a nobleman during the Middle Ages.
Not only that, but they would have been the king of their own kingdom.
Not just any king, however, but a wise ruler who searches for the best solutions so that his kingdom can prosper and people celebrate him.
Because he loves to hear them all sing together – long live our king with the lionheart.
Virgo – nobleman
(August 23 – September 22)
The virgin would definitely have been part of royalty with her wonderful manners and innocence.
Also, they would be the kind of nobles who would seek education and travel extensively to learn more about the people living outside the royal bubble.
We can also envision Virgo starting some kind of revolution to improve life for all people of the kingdom.
Even starting an affair with someone outside of royalty, which would definitely find a place in the history books.
Libra – farmer
(September 23 – October 22)
We all know the Libra zodiac sign as glamorous and arrogant, but in medieval times they would have been farmers.
That’s probably why they’re the biggest snobs in the world now that these harsh conditions are over.
Still, we imagine them to be clumsy knights just trying their luck, or smiths selling you a bent sword for a whole cow.
They would have survived this time, but they would not have been anyone’s favorite person, nor are they now.
Scorpio – farmer
(October 23 – November 21)
Scorpio would definitely have been a pawn in medieval times, but that still wouldn’t stop them from being everyone’s worst nightmare.
We can imagine them being some kind of bootlicker for the king, or a charlatan profiting from other people’s stupidity.
Also, they would have been constant visitors to brothels, which makes it not surprising that people might have called them devils even then.
So you can imagine that they were the epitome of Satan in a very controlling era.
Sagittarius-pawn
(November 22 – December 21)
The zodiac sign Sagittarius would have been a farmer in the Middle Ages.
After all, only the fittest survive, and they are certainly the most able to endure hardship.
However, they would not tolerate disrespect even if they were unfortunate enough to find themselves in a difficult position.
Therefore, we can imagine them stabbing someone or poisoning the king.
Capricorn – nobleman
(December 22 – January 19)
The Capricorn zodiac sign will always be part of the nobility, no matter the era.
They are simply predestined for the lavish lifestyle, so the medieval period is no exception.
In this way they can enjoy rich meals, beautiful clothes and a status that opens up new possibilities again and again.
Which they will surely use because being born rich is never enough for them, because they always want more.
Aquarius – nobleman
(January 20 – February 18)
Aquarius would of course be a true noble because that is simply the energy they exude.
Simply because they are so ingenious and really advanced in their own way.
So we can imagine them leading the kingdom to success and making historic outbursts.
As they win the hearts of many fair maidens on their way.
Pisces – farmer
(February 19 – March 20)
Pisces are the zodiac’s greatest pawns, and that’s not just true of medieval times.
Whereby, no matter how much they get on in life, somehow they always remain faint-hearted and someone’s bootlickers.
It’s not that we don’t like Pisces, but they do like to be influenced by others who have more power than them.
Which is natural, since they were never of particularly strong character anyway.
