1. For the base, stir together the ground petite beurre biscuits and chocolate cereal and pour over the melted butter. Process into an even mass.

2. For the cheese filling, mix the cream cheese and yoghurt into a compact mass. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Finally, add 2 smaller eggs. Mix well.

3. Press the biscuit mixture for the base into a 28 cm round mold lined with baking paper. Place briefly in the freezer while the oven preheats to 150-160 degrees. When the oven has heated up, pour the cheese filling onto the base and place it in the oven on a baking sheet. Bake for about 50 minutes.

4. While the cake is slightly baking, prepare the chocolate mousse. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a water bath. Stir constantly. When the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes, then add 4 egg yolks, one at a time. Mix well with the chocolate. In another bowl, beat the egg whites and add the sugar. In the third bowl, finish the whipping cream.

5. First add some whipped cream to the chocolate mass by gently stirring it into the chocolate. Repeat the same process with the egg whites. The mixture must be even.
